| Drum
line Instruction/Arranging For the past few years I have enjoyed working with many high school marching drum lines in south MS. including Hancock County, Purvis, Southeast Jones, and Richton. I have been arranging and instructing at D'Iberville High in Biloxi for the past 3 seasons. In addition to high school instructing I can be found at the Summer Drummin' workshop held at USM. This event is hosted by Dr. John Wooton who brings in some of the countries most knowledgeable clinicians/instructors including Jeff Prosperie, Marty Hurley, Matt Savage, and Lalo Davila. For info call 601-266-4993. Univ. of Southern MS Drum set Workshop In addition to the marching camp. USM hosts the Drum set/keyboard camp in which I have been a part of for the last three years. For 4 days, students learn about styles, independence, reading, working with ensembles, soloing, and many other topics. This camp is held every year in the month of June, and is quickly becoming one of the best drum set camps in the Southeast. Private Instruction I recently relocated to Bay St. Louis, MS which is 40 minutes outside of New Orleans. I have a complete teaching studio at my new home. I will also continue teaching in New Orleans at a new location in Metairie. My teaching studios have two complete drum sets practice pads and everything else needed for a comfortable teaching environment. My curriculum is based on the students needs and personal goals.
